Reed Streva is the Youth Minister at St. Pius X Catholic Church where he is responsible for developing opportunities for the youth to encounter Christ. On a mission to evangelize, disciple and welcome the youth, he is focused on improving the quality of catechesis and creating a safe and fun environment for young people to explore the faith. For Reed, seeing the kids genuinely pray and ask questions is the most rewarding part of his job. Prior to taking on his/her role at St. Pius X, Reed gained experience in Personal Training and Massage Therapy as the sole proprietor of Streva Fitness LLC. In addition to being at St. Pius X since Fall of 2022, Reed is also married. He resides with his wife, Leah Streva, in Lafayette.  Reed’s primary mission is to lead his wife and future children to heaven. He hopes that the love that Jesus has poured out to him, will overflow unto his family and the youth at St. Pius X parish.
