Receive the Holy Spirit
By the sacrament of Confirmation, [the baptized] are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Hence they are, as true witnesses of Christ, more strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed. CCC 1285
St. Pius is officially CAUGHT UP with the Diocesan transition to 8th grade Confirmation!!
Registration for the 2025-2026 Confirmation class is NOW OPEN.
Our 8th grade Confirmation program will take place in the Fall. Confirmation students will be required to attend our EDGE (Middle School Youth Ministry) program on Sunday nights after 5pm Mass. They will be part of the meal, and the beginning of the EDGE night. Then the Confirmation students will be taken to the Auditorium where they will do Confirmation Prep together. The Confirmation liturgies will be in January or February but the dates have not been set. We will post exact information as soon as it becomes available.

To complete registration for the Sacrament of Confirmation, fill out the form below.
- When registering you will have to upload your candidate’s baptism certificate. Registration will not be complete without it.
- OUT OF PARISH Candidates must also provide a letter of permission to receive the sacrament of Confirmation at St. Pius from your current church pastor. Letters can be submitted to Barbara Abshire. (Email below).
- Registration: May 2025 – August 24th, 2025
- Orientation Meeting: Sunday, August 24th @ 3:00pm in the PLC
