My name is Kristen Lazarine, and I am excited to step into the role of High School Youth Minister and Adult Formation Coordinator here at St. Pius X. My husband and I have been parishioners since moving to Lafayette in 2019, and we are blessed with three beautiful children. For the past four years, I have served at St. Pius Elementary School as the Religion Administrator, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our parish in this new capacity. I have worked in Catholic education ten years and previously served as a Youth Minister in Alabama. In addition to serving as the new high school youth minister at St. Pius, I will also be working as the marriage prep and OCIA coordinator, working with adults in the various stages of their faith journey. I look forward to walking alongside the teens and adults of our parish as we continue to grow in faith and deepen our relationship and trust in Christ together.
