Room Requests
Sacraments and liturgical needs have top priority. To facilitate this, the calendar is scheduled in blocks throughout the year.
Reservation Blocks:
Reservations are taken in 3 blocks:
- Fall = August through the Christmas Quiet Period
- Calendar opens for reservations late spring (typically mid May)
- Spring = January through May
- Calendar opens for reservations mid fall (typically September)
- Summer = June and July
- Calendar opens for reservations shortly after New Year’s
- Even if a group meets year-round or both fall and spring, each reservation must be verified and explicitly extended for each of these blocks. This is to ensure availability of space for events essential to the functioning of the parish and to confirm usage periodically.
Below is a schematic of the Ministry Building which is available to reserve for events, we also have the Parish Life Center, as well as rooms available in the Church.
In the Ministry Building, our smallest room fits up to 12 people, and our largest room fits 90 with tables. If you have a need to accommodate more than 90 people, contact Jennifer Russo (below) to discuss options.
