Donor Information 2023

Please note that the 2022 tax statements will be resent to you via email the first week in February once our system is brought up to date.  We apologize for any inconvenience if you weren't able to open the one that was initially sent out.  

As mentioned last year during this time, St. Pius X will begin emailing parishioners their giving history beginning with the 2022 tax year.  You should receive your 2022 tax statements by mid-January via email.  If receiving it via email is not feasible for you, you may call the parish office to request a hard copy. Attention Envelope Users:
You will receive your envelope packets in two-month intervals.  For example, your January and February envelopes will arrive in late December, March and April in February, and so on. Since your envelopes are printed out-of-state, St Pius X will check with the vendor if they are running late.  If the delay is not caused by the outside vendor, the next step would be for you to check with your mailman.  Once you receive your envelope packets, you will notice that there are 2 envelopes.  One is for you to use if you prefer to mail your contributions to St. Pius X. The other envelopes, which have the collection dates on them, are to be placed in the offertory basket. All checks not in envelopes are reviewed individually and credit is given to the registered parishioners who put their checks in the collection. The only time there is an actual physical second collection is for Debt Reduction, which is usually held the 3rd weekend of the month.
 
Gifts to Bishop’s Services Appeal
Gifts to any of the Diocese of Lafayette’s special collections will be announced in advance so you can either write a check or provide another form of payment in an envelope with your name.  Please remember to indicate the collection you are contributing to on your check or envelope.  To ensure your gift will be properly acknowledged for your taxes, gifts to the Bishop’s Services Appeal (BSA) must be made payable to Bishop’s Services Appeal. Thank you for your cooperation in helping the parish to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to it. We hope sending it via email will allow it to be more accessible to you as well.
