Author Event Test

Testing Author Add Event settings. Access given to Ministries Page. User settings = can manage events & news (Off). Admin Settings = Admin Only (add News & Events to Home Page). Author can access Ministries & Ministry Test Page since Ministries page was selected and they can access every page under it.
