Thanksgiving Food Baskets
This year, food baskets will be donated to parishioners in need in the area. Volunteers are needed to deliver Thanksgiving Food Baskets on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm. We’ll meet in the Parish Life Center.
Annual Holiday Food Drive
The St. Pius Mission Club needs assistance for the annual Holiday Food Drive serving parishioners in need. Paper bags will be available November 26th – 27th. Filled donation bags can be brought to the Parish Office no later than Monday, December 19th. Volunteers will also be needed to separate food on December 20th in the Parish Life Center from 5 pm to 9 pm, and deliver food and gifts on December 21st from 9 am to 12 pm. Nonperishable food items include canned goods, peanut butter, flour and sugar, as well as paper products, items for personal hygiene and cleaning supplies. Donations of money can be made at the Parish Office.
The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree will be in the Gathering Area on November 26th & 27th. On the tree, in each envelope will be information about a person, his/ her needs and a telephone number for more information. Please consider helping one of our people in need. Purchased gifts with the tag from the envelope should be returned to the Parish Office no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, December 16th to allow time for distribution.
